Shipping

As a general rule, please keep a close eye on the tracking of your package. I am not responsible for checking each and every order, and most of the time once it has been handed over to the forwarding company it is out of my hands and there is not much I can do.

Note for US/UK/EU Buyers

There may be tariffs/VATs you need to pay before your package arrives at your doorstep. Please monitor the tracking and if you see any notices that its been held in customs contact your post office asap.

Where are Orders Shipped From?

Orders are shipped from Indonesia.

When Will My Order be Shipped?

Your order will be processed within 2-3 days and sent off within a one week time frame. Packages will usually be dropped off at the forwarding service on Saturday.

When Will I Get My Tracking Number?

Packages will be processed within 2-3 days at the forwarder warehouse, and I will send you an email once the tracking number appears.

When Will My Package Arrive?

Packages may take anywhere from 2 weeks - 3 months to arrive.

My Package is Missing/Stuck in Transit

Should you notice your package is missing or stuck in transit please consult your local post office first. If they need information from our end please contact wysteribun@gmail.com.

Is It OK To Use a PO Address?

I would highly discourage using a PO Address as my forwarding service advises not to and it may bounce back to us.

My Package is Being Sent Back To The Sender, What Can I Do?

Typically it will take a Very Very long time (3-5 months) for an unsuccessful delivery package to return to us, so in such cases the buyer will be asked to pay the shipping fee again and we will send your order again asap.

Return policy

All orders are non-refundable* and non returnable.

*If there are any issues such as:

  • incomplete order
  • items breaking in transit
  • lost packages
